4 Quality Circles of NTPC Kaniha bag Gold Award

Four Quality Circles (QC) of NTPC Kaniha have been conferred Gold Awards at various QC chapter conventions

New Delhi: Four Quality Circles (QC) of NTPC Kaniha have been conferred Gold Awards at various QC chapter conventions. QC “Energy” of EMD Department has won the Gold award at QC convention of Varanasi(UP) chapter on September 29. QC Spark of the same department won the Gold Medal at Rajsamand Chapter QC Convention held on 26th and 27th September. QC Kushagra , Operation(Group-B) also won the Gold Medal at the Rajsamand Chapter QC Convention CCQC Convention.

QC global of Operations( Group-A) won jury award with gold at the Madurai Chapter QC Convention held on September 25 and September 26.

Quality circles are groups of employees who regularly meet with the aim to solve problems, improve the quality control of products and facilitate high standards in the workplace. The programme develops teamwork and its voluntary nature aims to increase confidence and job satisfaction among members.
