52 Non-Executive employees promoted to executive cadre from ECL

New Delhi: Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) organised a felicitation programme to honour 52 non-executive employees who successfully cleared the departmental examination and earned promotion to the executive cadre.

The programme was graced by the presence of the ECL's Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) Satish Jha, Director (Finance) Md. Anzar Alam, Director (HR) Gunjan Kumar Sinha and Director (Technical) Girish Gopinathan Nair along with HoDs and other employees. The senior management congratulated the newly promoted employees for their hard work, dedication and achievement.

Addressing the gathering, the CMD and Functional Directors shared their valuable experiences and offered guidance and advice to the promoted employees for their future professional journey and leadership responsibilities within the organization.

Every promoted employee expressed their gratitude towards ECL for providing them with the opportunity for growth and career advancement. They shared their experiences and thanked the management for its continuous support and encouragement.
