BDL released Works Manual - 2023

The manual guides executives in tendering, execution of works and hiring of consultants by the company

New Delhi: Works Manual - 2023 of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) was released by BDL's Director (Production) & Chairman & Managing Director (Addl. Charge) P Radha Krishna at a special event organised at Kanchanbagh Unit of the company.

BDL's Director (Finance) N Srinivasulu, Director (Technical) Cmde. A Madhavarao (Retd), Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) Dr Upender Vennam (IPoS), Executive Director (Bhanur Unit) Cmde. GR Pradhan (Retd), Executive Director (Kanchanbagh Unit) PV Raja Ram, General Managers and senior executives of the company were present.

The Works Manual - 2023 guides executives in tendering, execution of works and hiring of consultants by the company. The Manual is revised in-line with General Financial Rules - 2017 Manual issued by Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance and directives of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). The Manual has provisions regarding centralized vendor registration, e-procurement & services on GeM portal. The manual also has model tender document for civil works and engaging consultants.
