New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Director (Finance) Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi has been honoured with the ‘CFO Outstanding Performer Award 2024’ in the ‘Public–Manufacturing–Mega’ category by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

The award has been presented during a formal ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, by Member of Parliament and Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Finance, Bhartruhari Mahtab, in the presence of senior ICMAI officials and other dignitaries.

Dwivedi was recognised for his transformative leadership in driving cost management and value creation at BHEL, contributing significantly to the organisation’s operational excellence and improved business outcomes.

With a professional career spanning over 32 years, Dwivedi has played a central role in implementing innovative cost optimisation strategies and strengthening BHEL’s financial foundation through robust risk management frameworks. His efforts have not only improved internal efficiencies but have also enhanced stakeholder confidence in the company’s financial governance.

The ICMAI CFO Awards aim to honour financial leaders for their contributions to cost management, value creation and preservation, corporate governance, energy efficiency, and risk mitigation—critical areas that underpin long-term business sustainability.
