New Delhi: Engineers India Ltd. (EIL) celebrated International Women's Day with great enthusiasm at its Gurugram Office Complex, aligning with this year’s theme #AccelerateAction. EIL C&MD Vartika Shukla along with Directors and senior officials graced the occasion, reaffirming the Company’s commitment to an inclusive and equitable future.

The IWD celebrations featured a host of vibrant activities, including engaging competitions on flower arrangement, non-fire cooking for male employees, digital poster making, and a Stepathon. A Flameless Cooking Show, in collaboration with Fortis Hospitals, highlighted quick and healthy recipes.

The Talent Unlimited initiative spotlighted employee vlogs, reflecting their passions beyond work. The formation of interest-based clubs, including dance, music, and fitness, was also apprised to the gathering that encourages women to connect, collaborate and grow together.
