EIL CMD honoured with SCOPE Eminence Award for leadership excellence

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) Chairperson & Managing Director (C&MD) Vartika Shukla has been conferred with the SCOPE Eminence Award for Individual Leadership Excellence – Commendation (Maharatna & Navratna PSEs) by the President of India Droupadi Murmu. The award ceremony was held on Friday at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, in the presence of Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary, Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) Secretary K Moses Chalai, and other senior dignitaries from the public sector.

The award recognises Shukla’s significant contribution to the growth and transformation of EIL. With a career spanning over 36 years at the company, she has been credited with steering EIL into new growth areas, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in complex energy and infrastructure projects, and expanding its footprint in international markets.

Under her leadership, EIL has focused on operational agility, business excellence, and technological innovation, aligning its operations with the global energy transition.
