EIL teams bag Gold & Silver Trophies in Quality Circle Competition

Team 'SAHYOG’ from HR Directorate of EIL won the Gold Trophy at 1st Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and HR Convention - Quality Circle competition organised by QCFI

New Delhi: Team 'SAHYOG’ from HR Directorate of Engineers India Limited (EIL) won the Gold Trophy at 1st Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and HR Convention - Quality Circle competition organised by QCFI (Quality Circle Forum of India) - Delhi Chapter at Faridabad on April 22.

The Gold Trophy, the highest award in the competition, was presented for excellent performance of EIL Team for their Quality Circle Project entitled “To regulate excess payment in cases of unapproved absence”. EIL Team comprised of AGM (HR) Amita, Manager (HR) Mohd. Samar Rauf and Manager (HR) Divya Gupta.

EIL Team, ‘SAMVARDHAN’, from Instrumentation Dept., also secured Silver Trophy in the EHS convention for their Quality Circle Project entitled “Mitigation & optimization of variations in the schemes of deluge valve system.”

It has greatly improved our work processes and helped us to nurture the quality culture at organisational level and awards of this ilk boosts our commitment towards operational excellence”, commented CMD EIL, Ms Vartika Shukla while congratulating the team for this achievement.
