Grid India holds its 14th AGM; approves final dividend of Rs 0.47 crore

Grid-India successfully concluded its 14th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday through video conference mode from its Registered Office in New Delhi

New Delhi: Grid Controller of India Limited (formerly Power System Operation Corporation Ltd.), a Government of India Enterprise, successfully concluded its 14th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday through video conference mode from its Registered Office in New Delhi. Grid -India became an independent government company in January 2017.

The meeting was attended by Grid-India CMD SR Narasimhan, Director (Market Operation) Sudhansu Sekhar Barpanda, Director (Human Resources) Paresh R Ranpara, Director (System Operation) RK Porwal and Government Nominee Directors, Company Secretary, CFO, Representative from the Ministry of Power and Statutory and Secretarial Auditors.

The members inter – alia approved payment of final dividend of Rs 0.47 crore in addition to interim dividend of Rs 4.27 crore paid earlier to the Ministry of Power.
