The rally brought together officials from AAI, Guwahati International Airport Limited (GIAL), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), and various airlines. Around 100 participants, riding as ‘Tiranga Volunteers’ and carrying the national flag, covered a 12-km route starting from the RHQ-NER Administrative Block. The rally passed through Gaon Panchayat areas, the local police station, and the airport road before returning to the starting point, drawing enthusiastic responses from residents along the way.

The event was flagged off by M Raja Kishore, Regional Executive Director (RED), AAI, NER, who has been actively leading the campaign since its first phase. The initiative aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for citizens to become proud volunteers in the largest nationwide Jan Bhagidari movement, celebrating the nation’s identity.
