Cmde Khatri commended the performance of HSL's women employees, encouraging them to prioritize their work, accept challenges, and strive for board-level positions. He also urged them to maintain a healthy work-life balance, ensuring that family responsibilities do not hinder their professional growth.

The celebration featured Vandana Khatri, President of Samrakshan (HSL Ladies Club), as the Chief Guest. A special interactive training session, 'Empowerment of Women,' was conducted by renowned corporate trainer Mrs. Neelima Kumari, focusing on inclusivity and professional aspirations.
