EIL, HPCL sings MoA to accelerate project collaborations

EIL and HPCL have signed an MoA to collaborate on various projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and expanding capacities across multiple sectors

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to collaborate on various projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and expanding capacities across multiple sectors. The agreement was signed on February 13, 2025, during the India Energy Week 2025 international conference in New Delhi, held from February 11-14, 2025.

The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of EIL's Chairperson and Managing Director (CMD) Vartika Shukla and HPCL's Chairman and Managing Director (Additional Charge) and Director (Finance) Rajneesh Narang. The MoA sets the stage for fast-track implementation of Engineering and Consultancy projects across key areas, including Refineries, HP Green R&D Centre (HPGRDC), Petrochemicals, Pipelines, Renewable Energy, and Marketing Terminals and Depots of HPCL in India.

The strategic partnership aims to further strengthen the association between EIL and HPCL in the Hydrocarbon and Renewable Energy sectors, leveraging EIL’s expertise in providing total energy solutions and HPCL’s vast experience in refining and marketing petroleum products.

EIL is a leading consultancy organisation known for delivering “total energy solutions for a sustainable future” across diverse industrial sectors, offering services from concept to commissioning. Meanwhile, HPCL is engaged in refining crude oil and marketing a wide range of petroleum fuels and specialties, including Petrol, Diesel, Lubricants, Liquified Petroleum Gas, Aviation Fuel, Emulsions, Renewable Energy, and Biofuels.
