ISRO organises 'Space on the Wheels' exhibition at Bhavan’s NTPC Vidya Mandir

New Delhi: Space Technology Exhibition initiative “Space on the Wheels” exhibition, jointly being organized by Indian Space Research Organisation and Vidhnyan Bharati, Nagpur has completed visit in 11 districts of Vidarbha Region covering around 4.8 lakh students from more than 1600 schools. The exhibition was arranged at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s NTPC Vidya Mandir School on Monday.

KMK Prusty Head of Project, NTPC Ltd, Mouda; Pradeep B Paranjape GM (Project); SR Sahoo, AGM (HR); Dharmendra Kumar DGM (HR); Satish Ghare and Manisha Ghare Executive Members of VIBHA, Janaki Mani Principal Bhavan’s NTPC Vidya Mandir, Mouda were present on the occasion & visited ISRO “Space on the Wheels" bus at Bhavan’s school and interacted with the students. Around 2000 students from Bhavan’s and Mouda Tehsil visited the exhibition.

Prusty addressed the students & mentioned the significance of science and technology in expediting the overall growth and development of the economy. Prusty addressed the students and encouraged & motivated the students to study well for pursuing career in science and specifically space technology for getting associated with prestigious organizations like ISRO. Further, Quiz and Poster Making Competition was conducted, and prizes were distributed to students.
