At the Corporate Office, NALCO's Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Brijendra Pratap Singh unfurled the national flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem by employees and their families. Addressing the gathering, Singh urged every “Nalconian” to renew their commitment to the nation, champion change, and strive for excellence in their respective domains of work.

As part of the celebrations, students from Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Bhubaneswar — beneficiaries of NALCO’s ‘Project Indradhanush’ CSR initiative supporting the education of tribal children — performed a vibrant patriotic and tribal dance, adding colour and cultural depth to the occasion.
