NBCC receives Rajbhasha implementation award

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA), has been conferred with 'first prize' for its excellent work in the implementation of Rajbhasha. The recognition (Rajbhasha implementation award) has been bestowed by Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in its half-yearly meeting and distribution ceremony held in New Delhi.

On the occasion, 'Nirman Bharati', the half-yearly newsletter of NBCC (India) Limited also has been awarded 'first prize' in the category of Best Magazine. The awards were received by NBCC Limited's Executive Director (HRM) Manas Kaviraj along with other by senior officials of the PSU.

The recognition has been bestowed by Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, in its half-yearly meeting and distribution ceremony held in New Delhi

Among other prizes, NBCC's Manager (Corporate Communications) Kalika Jain received 'first prize' in news reading competition; NBCC's Management Trainee (Finance) Shaina Garg received the second prize in quiz competition and NBCC's Management Trainee (Finance) Tarun Kumar received the second prize in 'Doha lessons' competition-all organised under the aegis of TOLIC.
