NBCC signs MoU with its subsidiary HSCL

NBCC (India) Limited has signed an MoU with its subsidiary company Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) for the FY2019-20

New Delhi: Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Limited has signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) for the year 2019-20 with its subsidiary company Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL) on December 24 at NBCC Corporate Office, New Delhi.

The annual MoU has been signed by NBCC Limited's CMD PK Gupta, on behalf of NBCC, and HSCL's Managing Director Rajendra Chaudhari, on behalf of HSCL. On the occasion, NBCC's Director (Projects) Neelesh Shah, HSCL's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) KPM Swamy were also present. This MoU outlines performance targets for HSCL based on various financial parameters, dynamic parameters, sector-specific and enterprise-specific parameters.
