NTPC Kaniha bags British Safety Council Award

New Delhi: NTPC Kaniha has been awarded with the prestigious International British Safety Council Award-2024 for the performance year -2023. The award was received by NTPC Kaniha's GM (O&M) Satya Ram Krishna and AGM (Safety) Shailesh Kumar from British Safety Council's Chief Executive Mike Robinson and Chair of The Board of Trustees Peter McGettrick.

NTPC Kaniha Bagged the award for three consecutive years in a row. This honor highlights the commitment of the entire Kaniha team to Zero Harm Target. Under the visionary leadership of AK Sehgal, Head of Project (TSTPS) and his commitment towards safety, team NTPC-Kaniha received this prestigious accolade. He congratulated the entire NTPC-Kaniha family on this achievement and urged to continue the safety culture in future.

Over more than 1200 industries worldwide and 300 industries in country participated in prestigious International British Safety Council Award which involved rigorous evaluation process.
