New Delhi: NTPC Mouda organised a Press Meet inviting esteemed media publications. The event was graced by KMK Prusty, Head of Project, Mouda. Subhashish Guha, GM (O&M) and other senior officials from NTPC were also present.
While addressing the Press Meet, Prusty, Head of Project highlighted NTPC’s commitment towards the Environment and the society, apart from generating reliable and quality power at optimal price. Over the years, under its commitment towards society, NTPC has invested maximum towards education, health, employment generation and Girl/Women empowerment. Moreover, NTPC Mouda is doing exceptionally well in contributing towards the Environment related issues by maximizing the tree plantation, recycling the used water, Ash utilization in various areas including infrastructure development etc. in addition to establishing highly efficient equipment.
Over twenty media publications, including print, broadcast, and digital domains, actively participated in the Press Meet. The session commenced with an overview of NTPC's goals and visions including that of NTPC-Mouda. The presentation also covered various CSR and environmental activities carried out by NTPC- Mouda. Following the presentations, an open forum was provided to journalists, allowing for interactive discussions.
Prusty actively engaged with the media during the discussions, emphasizing the crucial role media that plays in disseminating information to society in a constructive way.
Highlighting the responsibility of the media, Prusty mentioned the importance of reflecting NTPC's contribution to the society in their coverage.
