New Delhi: NTPC Limited’s Vindhyachal station has been honoured with the prestigious FAME National Award 2025-26 in the Diamond Category for Excellence in Women Empowerment, recognising its contribution towards inclusive growth and social transformation.

The award was received by Mahtab Alam, DGM (CSR/R&R), from Vinod Kandari in the presence of R.S. Verma and R.K. Chauhan.
According to the company, the recognition highlights NTPC Vindhyachal’s initiatives focused on women empowerment through education, skill development, healthcare, community engagement and sustainable livelihood generation.
