New Delhi: The 4th edition of "Industry-Academia Conference 2020" (IAC2020) by People Labs Private Limited has been organised recently in New Delhi. The theme of the conference was "Architecting Future Talent" which witnessed more than 200 leaders from industry and academia brain-storming and deliberating about the future of work-place.

One of the highlights of the conference was the "IAC Awards" ceremony, wherein the leaders and organisations from academia and the corporate world were felicitated for their path-breaking work in shaping organisations for tomorrow. On the occasion, Power Finance Corporation's (PFC) Director (Commercial) PK Singh has been felicitated with the "Change Maestro and Institution Builder of the Year" award in corporate category, for his outstanding contribution by Padma Shri Dr Pritam Singh (Ex-Director, IIM-Lucknow/MDI/IMI) and Maruti Suzuki's Chief Mentor SY Siddiqui.

PFC was given the coveted title based on comprehensive research conducted by IBC, a division of the international brand consulting corporation bases in the USA. PFC has been conferred the title of a 'Navratna CPSE' in June 2007 and was classified as an Infrastructure Finance Company by the RBI on July 28, 2010. PFC is playing a crucial role in the rise of India as a global player.
