PGCIL’s Naresh Kumar in the 2019 list of influential PR professionals

The PowerGrid GM is the only name from the entire PSU sector in the 2019 list of influential PR professionals published by the magazine Reputation Today

New Delhi: Corporate communication head of PowerGrid Corporation India Ltd, Naresh Kumar has been selected in the coveted 2019 list of influential PR professionals of India by Reputation Today magazine. An Indian Institute of Mass Communication graduate Naresh Kumar is currently working as General Manager (Corporate Communication). He also holds an MBA (Marketing & HR) from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi.

The Magazine Reputation Today publishes an annual list of influential PR professionals. About the list of 2019, the magazine says "The Reputation Today Power 50 is the definitive annual list of the who's who of Indian public relations and corporate communications. The list is put together by the editorial team based on observations, conversations and a deep understanding of the ecosystem. Speaking to PSU Watch upon being featured in the 2019 list of influential PR professionals Naresh said "it is a matter of pride for me to have made it to the list that features great names in the PR industry. The credit entirely goes to my seniors at the PowerGrid and an amazing corporate communication team that I work with there". Naresh Kumar is also serving as the chairman of Public Relations Society of India Delhi Chapter for the year 2019-20. He had been elected in February earlier this year.
