RailTel celebrates International Day of Yoga 2024

RailTel joined the International Day of Yoga celebration on Friday

New Delhi: RailTel joined the International Day of Yoga celebration on Friday. RailTel's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Sanjai Kumar, CVO Dr Chandramani Sharma, Director (Finance) V Rama Manohara Rao, Director (POM) Manoj Tandon, Director (NPM) Yashpal Singh Tomar, officers and staff of RailTel participated in a Yoga session organised at the Corporate Office to mark the occasion.

The Yoga session was led by Devandra Gupta, Zonal President of Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan, Delhi.

In addition to the Corporate Office event, all regional and territory offices of RailTel celebrated International Yoga Day at their respective locations.

Commenting on the occasion, RailTel CMD stated, "Yoga fosters peace, calm, and happiness in the mind while reducing stress and promoting holistic health. Everyone should incorporate yoga into their daily routine to improve both physical and mental health. We should wholeheartedly dedicate time and energy in staying healthy and happy."
