Jaipur: A workshop on new management techniques (Management techniques for the new business world), cost optimization (cost optimization) and productivity enhancement techniques (productivity enhancement tools) for new business world organised at Rajasthan Electronics Instruments Limited's (REIL) newly constructed building 'REIL House' auditorium.
This workshop has been formally inaugurated by the REIL's Managing Director (MD) AK Jain. In this workshop, Genesa Smart Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, a management consultancy company, which is run by professional experts in innovative management techniques, cost optimisation and productivity enhancement techniques (productivity enhancement tools) shared their views with the participants and made the participants aware of these techniques. Officers from NTPC, Bharti Skill Development University, Adani Power, BOSCH, Poly Medicure Limited, Havells India Limited etc., officers of REIL from various departments and members of Employers Association of Rajasthan, who are making their outstanding contribution in various sectors of the industry in the Rajasthan, participated in the workshop.
On this occasion, Dr Jain stated that, in this workshop, in the current context, modern and technical tools of business such as cost management, capacity addition, project budget management, warehousing, information technology initiatives, technology security office productivity advocates, event management and brand management and other topics were discussed in details. An interactive session with some relevant video clips was organised in the workshop which would prove to be practical and useful at the present time as per the requirement of the business.
