Visakhapatnam: RINL-VSP is hosting the All India Steel Medical Officers Conference (AISMOC) 2020 from February 7 to 9, 2020, in TTI Auditorium in Ukkuanagaram. Medical Professionals from all major steel making industries in India are participating in this 41st national conference.

RINL's CMD PK Rath will inaugurate this conference on February 7.

The conference is intended to provide a national forum for medical officers and specialists from various disciplines to present their updated progress, developments and research results in their respective fields.

The three-day event features keynote speeches, orations, state-of-the-art workshop on bedside ultrasonography, scientific papers related to industrial health like total quality management in health care and occupational health services, techniques in medical sciences and advanced medical technologies, posters and regular paper presentations as well as guest lectures delivered by leading experts in the respective fields.

The excellent paper awards will be announced at the conference. Exhibition on modern medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, allied facilities, and novel products will be held during the conference period.

This conference will provide the opportunity to Vizag to take up the bright mantle of enriching health care services through such eminent gathering with insight for sharing continuous improvement in medical sciences once again.

The conference is being organised by Visakha Steel General Hospital (VSGH) – Medical Department. Dr Uma, General Manager (Medical) is the organising chairperson for AISMOC 2020.
