Swachhata Pakhwada: Power Grid organises cleanness drive and awareness activities

Power Grid is observing Swachhata Pakhwada across its offices, spread all over the country, to maintain a clean and healthy environment

New Delhi: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) is observing Swachhata Pakhwada in its offices spread across the country to maintain a clean and healthy environment. The campaign reflects Power Grid’s continued commitment towards the vision of a cleaner, healthier, and greener nation.

As part of the observance, Power Grid employees took the Swachhata Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to maintaining cleanliness in their workplaces, communities, and daily lives. A Swachhata cleanliness drive was also conducted around office premises and vicinity, to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

The drive was undertaken in presence of Power Grid CMD Vamsi Rama Mohan Burra, Director (Finance) G. Ravisankar, Director (Personnel) Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Operations) Naveen Srivastava and senior officials at corporate centre, Gurugram.

A part of this, a 'Nukkad Natak' was also organised to raise public awareness about cleanliness.
