The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary (Power), Government of India, and Jitendra Srivastava, along with other senior officials from the Ministry of Power and REC.

Designed as a technology-driven experiential space, the pavilion is built around the theme “Financing India’s Energy Abundance,” reflecting REC’s strategic role in supporting the country’s energy transition. The concept of the “Green Multiplier” underscores the company’s approach to scaling sustainable initiatives by expanding access to clean energy and enabling broader adoption across sectors.

A key highlight of the pavilion is a central installation featuring a sun and solar panels, inspired by the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The installation emphasises REC’s contribution to decentralised energy solutions and efforts to democratise access to electricity.

The pavilion also presents REC’s diversified financing portfolio, positioning the company as a financial enabler of India’s Net Zero 2070 commitment. In addition to conventional power financing, the exhibit showcases support for emerging segments such as electric mobility and inclusive energy transition.
