IOCL requirement 2019: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Eastern Region, has invited applications from candidates for the posts of technical and non-technical apprentices at several locations in East India (West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand and Assam). Candidates who are interested and eligible for these jobs can apply before August 31.

Educational Qualification Candidates applying for these jobs should be ITI passed in respective trades. Diploma engineers and graduates are eligible to apply for technician apprentice and trade apprentice (accountant) posts, respectively. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, which will be conducted with objective type multiple-choice questions. IOCL has also mentioned that the written test will be held on September 8. The admit cards, for candidates who will be shortlisted to take the exam, will be released on September 3. The result of the written test will be declared on September 16. The candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training in an Industry as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961/1973 as amended from time to time or who have a job experience of 1 year or more are NOT eligible.
