FACT looking to hire Director Marketing. Apply before June 28

FACT Recruitment 2019: Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has invited applications for the post of Director (Marketing). In a notification released on Wednesday, the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) said that the person selected for the job will head the Marketing Division of the company and will be primarily responsible for marketing operations of the company, including formulations and implementation of the marketing policies keeping in view company's profitability and objectives.

Director (Marketing) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director.

Qualifications

The applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/

Institute. Applicants with MBA/ PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.

Experience

The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative marketing experience during the last ten years in an organisation of repute. Experience in Marketing Research, Product development, sales, forecasting and planning in Fertilizers and Petrochemicals activities is desirable.

Pay scale

The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale/rank/level will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
