Arti Bhatnagar gets additional charge CVO AAI

New Delhi: Arti Bhatnagar has been given additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Bhatnagar is an Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) officer of 1990 batch. She is currently serving as CVO of Air India Limited (AAI), the loss-making state air carrier under the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA).

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of CVO of AAI to her. She has been given additional charge of the post for a period of six months or till the appointment of regular CVO in AAI or till the further orders whichever is earlier, said an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).

Airports Authority of India (AAI)

The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, is responsible for creating, upgrading, maintaining and managing civil aviation infrastructure in India. AAI manages 125 airports, which include 18 international airports, seven customs airports, 78 domestic airports and 26 civil enclaves at defence airfields.
