Bank of India to pay annual interest to bond holders on Apr 3

Bank of India will pay the annual interest on its Basel III Compliant Tier I/Tier II bonds to all its bond holders on April 3

New Delhi: State-owned Bank of India in a regulatory filing on Friday said that the bank will pay the annual interest on its Basel III Compliant Tier I/Tier II Bonds to all its bond holders on April 3. However, the filing also said that the interest due date is April 1 but due to holidays, the interest will be paid on April 3.

The bank also said that the record date of all the bonds is March 16. "All the Basel III Compliant Tier I/Tier II Bonds issued by Bank of India on various dates are listed with NSE for trading under Debt Market segment," it said.
