New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said that it has received the certification as a 'Great Work Place' for the year 2020-2021 from the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute, India on Thursday.

DMRC had recently participated in an assessment conducted by GPTW based on two important parameters. The first measure is the Trust Index, which is based on the quality of employee experience through their globally validated survey. And the second parameter is called Culture Audit, which is a proprietary tool of the Institute that evaluates the quality of people practices of an organization, covering the entire employee life-cycle.

DMRC has successfully met the criterion set by GPTW, on employee experience and people practices and has been certified as a Great Work Place, the company said.

GPTW's assessment methodology is globally recognised as rigorous and objective and is considered as the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and government organisations, across the globe. More than 10,000 organisations from over 58 countries partner GPTW for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture, across the world.
