HPCL’s Rakesh Misri set to get elevated as Director Marketing

Misri is currently serving as Executive Director (LPG) at the oil marketing company and was selected for the post from a list of 10 candidates

New Delhi: Rakesh Misri is going to take charge of the post of Director (Marketing) at state-run refiner Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) as his name has been recommended by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB).

Misri is currently serving as Executive Director (LPG) at the oil marketing company. The PESB panel shortlisted Misri's name for the post from a list of 10 candidates. Apart from Misri, there were five other candidates on the list from within HPCL. The rest were from Indian Oil Corporation, Engineers India Ltd and Indian Telecommunication Service.
