IEX has been certified as ‘great place to work’

IEX has been certified as a 'Great Place to Work' in India for the year January 2023–24 in the mid-size company category for its good workplace culture

New Delhi: Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) stated in a regulatory filing that it has been certified as a 'Great Place to Work' in India for the year January 2023–24. IEX has received this global recognition in the 'mid-size company' category. Indian Energy Exchange is India's first Great Place to Work Certified Power Exchange.

'Certification is acknowledgment of IEX's commitment to encourage high-performance environment'

"The certification is an acknowledgment of IEX's commitment to encourage a high-performance environment built on the value pillars of integrity, trust, respect,
customer-centricity, teamwork and excellence. These values are the driving force behind IEX's constant endeavour to become a world-class organisation by fostering an inclusive, highly collaborative and open work culture for its people, led by technology and innovation," said the IEX in a statement.

practices and holistic organisational culture, as well as through an anonymous survey
conducted to gain feedback from employees on the organisational culture," said the statement.
