ITI Limited gets new Director (Production). Click to know

New Delhi: D Venkateswarlu has assumed charge as new Director (Production) of ITI Limited, a Miniratna PSU under the Department of Telecommunication, on November 7. Prior to his new appointment, he was serving as General Manager in the same organisation.

Venkateswarlu was recommended for the post of Director (Production) of ITI Limited by a Public Enterprises Selection Commission Board (PESB) panel on July 19. He was selected from a list of five candidates, who were interviewed by the panel.

Venkateswarlu has over 30 years of rich experience in different areas of production. He has served as General Manager of Palakkad plant and was in charge of plant production in Bangalore Plant of ITI Limited.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh).
