New Delhi: State-owned MSTC Limited stated in a regulatory filing on Saturday that it has appointed S Basu & Associates as a Secretarial Auditor with immediate effect. The filing stated that CS Saurabh Basu is the auditor. "Basu will be conducting Secretarial Audits for 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26," it added.
"Basu had worked for 18 years as a Senior Executive and Company Secretary of a well reputed large Business Group. He has vast experience of 24 years in Company Law, SEBI and Capital Market as well as capital restructuring and business planning," said the filing.
"S Basu & Associates is a peer reviewed firm. Apart from that, empanelled as peer reviewer by the peer review board of ICSI and Compliance Trainer of NISM, promoted by SEBI. The firm is registered as "Insolvency Professional" with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India under IBC Code, 2016. At present, it is running one Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as Resolution Professional appointed by NCLT, Kolkata Bench," it added.
