New Delhi: State-run Navratna PSU, NBCC (India) Limited, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the government of Andhra Pradesh on November 15 at Vijaywada, the company said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
As per the MoU signed with NBCC Limited, the government of Andhra Pradesh has retained NBCC (India) Limited as project management consultancy (PMC) for its projects. The PSU will provide PMC services for monetisation of Andhra Pradesh's vacant land parcels across the state and implementation of its flagship programmes, including infrastructure works across the state, utilising the funds generated out of commercial exploitation of land.
