NLC India appoints R Udhayashankar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

NLC India Limited appointed R Udhayashankar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from December 1

New Delhi: NLC India Limited appointed R Udhayashankar, Deputy Chief Manager / Secretarial, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from December 1, the company said in a mandatory BSE filing. It also noted that Udhayashankar has replaced the former Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, K Viswanath who opted for Voluntary Early Exit Scheme and relinquished his office on November 30.

Udhayashankar is a law graduate and a fellow member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also an associate member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Additionally, he holds Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management as well. He has an extensive experience over 14 years in legal, secretarial and compliance management domain.
