NRDC signs an agreement with VFSTR

The agreement has been signed for creating entrepreneurial awareness, promoting industrial research and technological advancements in the academic culture

New Delhi: National Research Development Corporation (NRDC), Delhi based PSU under the Ministry of Science & Technology has signed an agreement with Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (VFSTR), leading Deemed to be University, in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. The Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) has been signed and exchanged between NRDC's Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Dr H Purushotham and VFSTR's Vice-Chancellor Dr MYS Prasad. The MoA has been exchanged at VC's conference hall, VFSTR Deemed to be University. The senior officials NRDC's (Visakhapatnam) Manager (IPFC&TISC) Dr BK Sahu, Chairman of Vignan Group of Institutions Dr L Rathaiah, Director (IES) Dr B Nageswara Rao, Rector (CMDE) Dr K Satyaprasad, VFSTR's Registrar Dr MS Raghunathan and other senior executives and professors from both the organisations were present during signing ceremony of the MoA.

Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research (VFSTR) is having abundant research and development activities by the potential students and has been published more than 1,500 publications in the most influential journals. This agreement is purposed to create entrepreneurial awareness to its students and to promote industrial research and technological advancements in the academic culture. Through this agreement, NRDC will protect and commercialize their Intellectual Properties & Patents.
