NTPC’s Singrauli thermal power station records 100.32% PLF in November 2018

New Delhi: Singrauli super thermal power station, the flagship power station of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), achieved 100.32 percent plant load factor (PLF) in the month of November 2018. The 2000 MW station has 5 Units of 200 MW and 2 units of 500 MW.

According to a statement released by NTPC, the Singrauli power station has been delivering the rated performance even after 36 years of operations. The first 200 MW unit of the station was synchronised in 1982. NTPC is the country's largest power utility.
