Oil India and Engineers India sign memorandum of agreement

As per this MoA, EIL will carry out niche technological studies and feasibility reports for the upstream, midstream and the downstream value chain

New Delhi: Pursuant to the long-standing relationship, Oil India Limited (OIL) and Engineers India limited (EIL) inked a memorandum of agreement (MoA) on February 14. It is envisaged that through the MoA, Oil India will engage EIL to carry out niche technological studies and feasibility reports for the upstream, midstream and the downstream value chain including HSE aspects pertaining to statutory and regulatory compliances.

The MoA was signed in presence of OIL India's C&MD Dr Ranjit Rath and EIL's C&MD Vartika Shukla by OIL's Director (Operations) Pankaj Kumar Goswami and EIL's Director (Commercial) Atul Gupta at OIL’s Corporate Office in Noida in the company of other functional directors and senior officials of OIL and EIL.
