Petronet LNG Ltd records special interim dividend for FY23 today

Petronet LNG announced special interim dividend of Rs 7 on each share on November 9 and has recorded it on Tuesday, Nov 22 and will pay it on Dec 5

New Delhi: Petronet LNG Ltd, a PSU oil drilling and exploration company had declared a special dividend of Rs 7, on the face value of Rs 10 each on November 9, reported MarketScreener. The record date for the said dividend is Tuesday, November 22, stated a report by good returns. "The special interim dividend shall be paid on December 5. The current market price of the stock is around Rs 212.90 per share," it added.

Petronet LNG stated in a regulatory filing, "Pursuant to the Regulation 42 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Record date has been fixed as Tuesday, November 22 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 7 per share on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 declared by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on November 9. The above said declared special interim dividend shall be paid on December 5. The dividend warrants would be posted on Monday, December 5 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of special interim dividend as provided in the Companies Act, 2013."
