New Delhi: Just days after Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley flew to the US to seek treatment, the grapevine has been ripe with rumours, especially because he was supposed to present the interim budget 2019. According to a source in the Finance Ministry, the government is set to handover the reins of the ministry to Piyush Goyal. If Goyal takes charge, it would be in addition to the other two portfolios that he holds — Ministry of Railways and Coal.
