Mr Ramendra Kumar, GM (PR) and COC, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), and Chairperson, PRCI presided over the function.  The guest of the evening was Dr Piyush Roy, an internationally acclaimed critic, columnist, author, curator and filmmaker.

The richness of Indian cinema with its flavour comprising emotions, expressions, sentiments, tradition, culture, fashion, tastes, festivals, dances, songs etc was also explained explicitly. The conversation was interspersed by on the spot quizzes that kept the audience engaged.

After the conversation the house was opened for discussion in which the audience interacted enthusiastically and asked questions about the various facets of Indian Cinema. At the outset Ms. Shaheen Sheikh welcomed the gathering, while Ms Pratima Sahu introduced the speakers.
