Sumit Deb set to be NMDC’s new Director (Personnel)

Apart from Deb, there were three other senior officers from NDMC who had applied for the job

New Delhi: Sumit Deb is set to take over as Director (Personnel) at National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) as his name has been recommended by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB). Deb is currently serving as Executive Director at NMDC Limited.

He was selected from a list of eight candidates who were interviewed for the post. Apart from Deb, there were three other senior officers from NDMC who had applied for the job. There were two other candidates from Bharatiya Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and two from Indian Telecommunication Service.
