Union Bank of India pays interest of Rs 43.65 cr on bonds

New Delhi: Union Bank of India stated in a mandatory filing on Thursday that it has duly paid interest of Rs 43.65 crores on its bonds. Further, the bank stated in the BSE filing that the issue size of the bonds was Rs 500 crores. The bank paid interest amount of Rs 43.65 crores, stated the regulatory filing.

The filing also stated that the bank paid the interest on Thursday and notified that it pays interest on an annual basis. It further added that the record date for interest payment was November 30. The bank paid the last interest on December 15, 2021.
