BHEL CMD conferred ‘CEO with HR Orientation’ Award by World HRD Congress

New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited's (BHEL) Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Dr Nalin Shinghal has been conferred with the 'CEO with HR Orientation' award by the World HRD Congress.

Under his leadership, BHEL has focused on revamp of HR processes and policies, including those related to performance management, learning & development, career progression, succession planning, etc., with the objective of creating a future-ready team BHEL and ensuring alignment of stakeholder interests with the interests of the organisation.

In recognition of his efforts to transform and turn around BHEL, an independent jury comprising senior professionals from across the globe selected Dr Shinghal for the award which was presented during the 30th edition of the World HRD Congress held in Mumbai.
