Celebration of ‘Vigilance Awareness Week 2020’ in SJVN Ltd

SJVN Limited is observing Vigilance Awareness Week from October 27 to November 2 with the year’s theme ‘Vigilant India, Prosperous India’

New Delhi: SJVN Limited is observing Vigilance Awareness Week from October 27 to November 2. This year, the theme of Vigilance Awareness Week is 'Vigilant India, Prosperous India.'

Keeping up with the commitment of being a responsible organization in the fight against Corruption & encouraging transparency in functioning, SJVN Limited's Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Nand Lal Sharma administered the integrity pledge to all the employees. The event was graced by SJVN's Director (Personnel) Geeta Kapur and Director (Electrical) Sushil Sharma along with senior officers of SJVN.

On this occasion, Sharma said that everyone in SJVN is committed to uphold the highest standards of honesty & integrity and to follow probity and rule of law in all walks of life. Keeping in view the guidelines of social distancing due to COVID-19, the pledge was administered through the public address system in corporate headquarters, Shimla. Similarly, at the various offices and project locations of SJVN Integrity Pledge was administered to the employees.

During this week, various in-house and outreach activities such as quiz, slogan writing, poster making and declamation competitions for employees, students and citizens will be organized in all the projects and offices of SJVN with a view to spreading awareness to make a Vigilant & prosperous India.
