Danve Raosaheb Dadarao takes charge as MoS Coal and Mines

Danve Raosaheb Dadarao took over as the Minister of State (MoS) in the Ministry of Coal and Ministry of Mines on Thursday

New Delhi: Danve Raosaheb Dadarao took over as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Coal and Ministry of Mines on Thursday. In addition to Coal and Mines, he has also been assigned the portfolio of Minister of State in the Ministry of Railways. Earlier, Pralhad Joshi was holding the same portfolio.

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi extended his best wishes to Raosaheb Dadarao on assuming charge Tuesday. Ministry of Coal's Secretary Anil Kumar Jain, Ministry of Mines' Secretary Alok Tandon and senior officers of both the Ministries were present on this occasion.

Danve Raosaheb Dadarao was Minister of State Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Modi 2.0 Government formed on 30 May 2019. In the cabinet reshuffle held on July 07, he was given charge of Minister of State in the Ministry of Railways; Minister of State in the Ministry of Coal; and Minister of State in the Ministry of Mines.
