Mumbai: Nikhil Kumar Jain, Director (Personnel), NHPC Limited has been conferred with Pride of HR Professional (in PSU category) Award at World HRD Congress 2019 in Mumbai. The award ceremony was held on February 16 2019, on Saturday.
The award was presented for Jain's outstanding contributions in Human Resource domain in handling entire gamut of Human Resource, Industrial Relations and CSR functions in Indian Railways, Air India and NHPC. Nikhil Kumar Jain has been Director of Personnel and Director of NHPC Limited since February 7, 2017.
Prior to NHPC, Jain has served as Director of Personnel at Air India Limited. He has a vast and rich experience of almost three decades in both the Government and Public Sector. He joined the Indian Railway as an Indian Railway Personnel Services Officer in 1988. Apart from having served as Director of Air India Limited, Jain has also served at different levels in the Indian Railways.
