EIL CMD Vartika Shukla gets tenure extension as Director (Finance)

Engineers India Limited's (EIL) CMD Vartika Shukla, who is also holding the additional charge as Director (Finance) of the company, has been given tenure extension on her additional charge

New Delhi: Engineers India Limited's (EIL) Chairperson & Managing Director (CMD) Vartika Shukla, who is also holding additional charge of Director (Finance) post, has been given tenure extension as Director (Finance) of the company. According to an order of Ministry of Petroleum & Naural Gas (MoNPG), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for extension of the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) of EIL assigned to Shukla for a further period of six months with effect from January 1, 2022, or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. She has been serving as CMD of EIL and holding additional charge of Director (Finance) since September 1.

Vartika Shukla is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Shukla joined EIL in 1988 and possesses extensive consulting experience comprising design, engineering and implementation of complexes in refining, gas processing, petrochemicals, fertilizers etc. She has led to the successful completion of many prestigious projects for clients in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry both in India and Overseas.
