GSL announces appointment of 2 Independent Directors on its Board

Deepak Manohar Patwardhan and Hindocha Hasmukhbhai have been appointed as Part-time Non-official (Independent) Directors on the Board of Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL)

New Delhi: Miniratna Defence PSU, Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) has announced the appointment of two Independent Directors on its Board. According to the company, Deepak Manohar Patwardhan and Hindocha Hasmukhbhai have been appointed as Part-time Non-official (Independent) Directors on the Board of GSL. 

They have been appointed to the post for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The Ministry of Defence has conveyed the appointment on December 24, 2021. 

Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL) is a Miniratna shipyard on the west coast of India, functioning under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence.
